Characteristics of DH-S-01
* DH-S-01 is a kind of PAE wet strength agent for papermaking, which is water-soluble cationic thermosetting resin.
*It is easily absorbed by fiber, and can be cured under neutral or alkaline conditions. It belongs to thermosetting resin, and its wet strength property can be developed by heating curing and storage in paper making process.
*It applies to the production of various kinds of paper with wet strength. Besides being used as wet strength agent, this product can be also used as the retention aid of emulsion rosin size and enhanced rosin size, synergist of neutral sizing agent and cation starch modifying agent.
*Compared with melamine and urea resin, DH-01 is more efficient, applies to neutral papermaking, which makes it easy to recover broken or wasted paper, and is nontoxic. Comply with requirements of food sanitation

DH-S-01 method of application and precautions:
*This product applies to various kinds of paper that has the requirement on wet strength property, such as: Decorative base paper, paper towel, napkin paper, photographic raw paper and filter paper. Various paper for fruit bag, meat and vegetable and liquid food packaging, etc.
* Before use, generally dilute the product with clean water more than 5 times and stir it evenly for use. In order to ensure that the product is thoroughly mixed after adding the slurry without being subjected to multiple shearing forces, the addition point is suitable near the head box.
Safety and environment protection
* DH-S-01 is a water-soluble polymer, which is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-strong corrosive and can be transported by road and rail.
* Abide by conventional industrial production regulations during the use of DH-S-01 to avoid polluting the environment. Use the container made of inert material to collect spilled liquid polymer and remove it with appropriate method.
* This product is non-toxic. Abide by general industry protection regulations during its use, and don't need to take special protection measures. In case of spatter and dirt, please rinse with a large amount of water.
* This product is only used for industrial purpose.
